at fig+rye we believe that food is fuel and the way that you choose to nourish your body has a resounding effect on the way you feel – not just mentally or physically but also spiritually.

 

we feel that we have a moral obligation to live on this earth peacefully and respectfully, treating all of its inhabitants and habitats with love and kindness – so you will never find any meat, dairy or any other animal produce in our food. There is a lot more you won’t find too! We don’t use any preservatives, refined sugar or processed foods – only fresh, whole, plant based goodness made with sustainable ingredients – sourced as locally as possible.

 

all of our food and drink is served in fully biodegradable packaging, with biodegradable cutlery – no plastic. ever.  we even have solar panels on the roof!
